Thank you for considering Chabad SF for your upcoming special occasion! Housed in our warm and beautiful synagogue space at Knesset Israel located at 873 Sutter Street, our facility offers a perfect, versatile setting to enhance your life-cycle celebration or personal milestone.

Whether you are planning a Brit Milah, family get-together, private dinner, or community milestone, our flexible space comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests for sit-down events and includes access to our outdoor patio.

Venue Pricing

• Standard Rate: $500 Rental Fee + $150 Cleaning Fee

• Shul Member Rate: $180 Rental Fee + $150 Cleaning Fee
  
  Note: The $150 cleaning fee is mandatory for all events and strictly covers post-event venue cleanup and garbage removal.

Deposit required for all events

A 50%  deposit is needed to hold any date. It must be received with this application to secure the date of your event.

Security Deposit - refundable

A Check of $500 refundable deposit is needed for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and Weddings and will be returned 15 days after the event as long as there is no damage.

If any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the person financially responsible for the event.

Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary to cancel an event, it must be cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the event. A reservation that is cancelled within the 30-day period will result in a cancellation fee equal to one-half the deposit. Written cancellation is required.
